Our Story
Ops Starters was born from a simple experience: early-stage founders need hands-on execution, not just high-level advice. While fractional executives offer strategy, startups also need proactive, capable professionals to get things done. That’s where we come in.
Ops Starters was founded at the end of 2024 by Vera Balo, former Finance and Operations Lead at Carbon Equity, one of the fastest-growing startups in the Netherlands. Vera started to support multiple early-stage impact startups successfully and is planning to expand the Ops Starters team soon.
